01. Why would a RN in Canada want to find work in the U.S.?

expand

Travel nursing is a great way to see different parts of the country while getting paid for it. And as it is in high demand in the U.S right now, the pay rates are higher than for traditional nursing settings. Travel nurses usually work in three 12-hour shifts per week schedule. They also have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. If you're an RN in Canada who is looking for a change of pace, or simply want to experience a new part of the world, working as a travel nurse in the U.S. might be the perfect option for you.
